Chief medical health officer Dr. Saqib Shahab announced on Wednesday, May 20 that the province has recorded its seventh death related to COVID-19. An additional 21 cases had been confirmed.

Saskatchewan had no confirmed cases (zero) of COVID-19, keeping the provincial total at 592 on May 18. Of the 592 reported cases, 131 were considered active and 11 more people had recovered, bringing the provincial total of recoveries to 455.
