The Assiniboia Spring Fever Lotto final draw is May 24, 2020. There are currently under 900 tickets left and the 50-50 is over $116,000.
The Assiniboia Civic Improvement Association challenged all businesses to pool their resources and buy a mega packs (six tickets plus 20 50-50’s) for $500 or a tri-pack of three tickets for $250.
All the money for the lottery will go towards the rink project. Currently, the Assiniboia Civic Improvement Association placed an application for a federal/provincial grant. Should the grant be successful, construction for the arena will begin this fall.
It is imperative for the non-profit association to sell out this year’s lottery, in order for them to have the matching funds required for the grant.Â
If local employees are able to help the association, they will support an important community project that will also provide an economic stimulus for Assiniboia and district for approximately 16 months.
