ESTEVAN - It was a perfect day to be outdoors in Estevan, for more reasons than one.
For starters, it was the last day of Christmas holidays, so many people were eager to enjoy the last day of the break before school resumed.
And it was a beautiful January day with little wind.
Many people were out at the Westview hill for some toboganning, and other outdoor recreation sites in the city were also busy.
