Phyllis Lorraine Larter July 21, 1928- March 27, 2011 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Phyllis, surrounded by her family. Phyl is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Bob, Estevan; her four children, Kea (Alfred) Manfredonio, Fairfax, Virginia, Bob Jr. (Donna) Larter, Nanaimo, B.C., Susan (Ralph) Dafoe, Victoria, B.C., Jim (Cheryl) Larter, Estevan; seven grandchildren, Kimberly, Kari, A.J., Jon, Ryan, Austin and Scott; sister, Joan (George) Cook, Cold Lake, Alta.; Ralph's daughters, Katie, Sarah and Allison and their families; Bob's sisters, Dodie (Jim) Spencer and Darlyne Kober; Bob's sisters-in-law, Rhena, Kaye and Marlene and also many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Harry and Nettie Gort; also predeceased by Bob's 5 brothers and 1 brother-in-law. Mom and Dad had just moved back to Estevan on March 1 after 14 years at the Coast. They were so happy to be back home. Memorial Service was held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2011 from the Chapel of Hall Funeral Services, Estevan with The Rev. Michael Sinclair officiating. Interment followed at the Estevan City Cemetery. If friends so desire donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation in memory of Phyllis Larter. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Hall Funeral Services, Estevan. Thank You Many thanks to Eunice Massett and the caregivers at Hillview Manor in Estevan.
